Care Card
Each Sunday morning our congregation takes a moment to fill out a Care Card. This gives our staff and elders the ability to know what is happening in the lives of our church family in real-time. Each week, our leadership team sets aside time to pray over the requests written in the Care Cards as well as praise God for the wonderful things happening in our church! When you fill out the Care Card below, our team will be notified and we will begin praying and praising with you!
